What forms of payments do you accept?


PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

Do you deliver worldwide?

International delivery

Israel Post Signed For usually takes from seven (most of Europe) to fourteen (i.e. Los Angeles, US) working days depending on geographic location. However, deliveries to Zone 2 countries like Australia, Japan, Korea and New Zealand may take longer. 

EMS delivers within 24-96 hours anywhere in the world. Insurance to cover the full value of your parcel is included. Delivery charges start at $30. Please send us an email to request EMS delivery.

All registered deliveries come with tracking information. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you your tracking number and a webaddress where you can follow the journey of your parcel. Track you parcel at my orders.

PO Box addresses

We suggest to avoid using PO Box addresses for shipping as some delivery offices refuse to receive parcels on behalf of their clients should they need to sign for them. Please make sure that your PO Box accepts deliveries where a signature is required upon delivery.

How long does it take to deliver to my country?

Delivery times

Upon checkout we will give you an accurate estimate of the despatch date for your parcel. Canvas prints may take longer to assemble and despatch, subject to availability.

In the case of international shipping through Israel Post (International Signed For) the postal company passes your parcel over to your local service for delivery, usually within two working days from the despatch date. Israel Post has no control over your parcel from that moment. If your delivery is urgent it is advised to use EMS instead. Every parcel we send out is always insured to its full value. It may also happen that your local customs office inspects your parcel before releasing it for delivery. That can cause cause a slight delay.

Will I need to pay customs charges?


It is within the discretion of all customs offices to impose additional charges before releasing your parcel for local delivery. In that case the delivery company will attempt to contact you in person, over the phone or by leaving a card at your delivery address to notify you about such charges. Although these cases are rare we would advise you to enter your primary contact number upon registering with us to avoid delays or the inconvenience of missing your delivery.

How do you package my artworks?


Loose prints are sent in protective cardboard postal tubes rolled up. This is the safest way to ship prints without mounts. Mounted prints are shipped flat packed between protective corrugated boards. Original works are always shipped flatpacked with additional layers of safety to avoid potential creasing or water damage.

What does order status mean?

Order status

From placing your order to the delivery of your parcel your transaction will be assigned with a status according to the following:

You might have paid by bank transfer from your PayPal account. The status of your order will remain Pending until we receive your funds. It may take up to 5-7 days depending on the day of the week when you initiate the transfer.

Upon completion of your payment and receipt of your funds the status of your order will turn to Processed. If you complete your payment on a business day your order will be shipped within 48-72 hours. (except for canvas prints).

Shipped / Sent / Completed
As soon as we ship your items the status of your order turns to Shipped/Sent or Completed. We will also provide you with a link to your live tracking information.

The status On-Hold only appears if for any reason your payment did not go through.

What is your returns policy?

Returns policy

We take great care about every single item we post and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. Should you change your mind and wish to return your parcel to us, please use the following return labels:

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If you have paid by Bank Transfer and wish to receive a refund we will either send you a cheque or initiate a bank transfer to your account. In the latter case you will need to send us your account details. Please note we can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.

This returns policy is not applicable to resale of privately owned originals.

Please note, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations certain items are excluded from the cover of our Returns Policy. These are made to order, or custom made items, such as framed prints, bespoke frames and mounts created for original artworks or as part of commission agreements, unless they are faulty or damaged.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and personalised experience. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for this purpose.

We automatically collect and process certain information based upon your use of our website. We use this information to conduct internal research on our users’ interests and behaviour to better understand, serve and protect you and our community. Please note we DO NOT collect your financial information i.e. debit or credit card numbers. This is handled by secure and reputable third party payment processors like PayPal.

We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the website. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customised services and to help promote safer shopping experience. We also use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently while you are using the website. Most cookies are “session cookies”, meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session using the website. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on the website and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently while you are using the webite.

As a matter of policy, we will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing or any other purposes.

What is the quality of your prints like?

Print Quality

Fine Art Giclee Print on Archival Quality Chromomat paper that will not turn yellow and brittle with age. Offering the archive time required.

What are the measurements of prints, mounts and canvas?

Print & mount sizes

The Large/Poster size print measures 30cm x 42cm, 11.81 x 16.54 inches.

The Small Mounted Print measures 17cm x 21cm, 6.69 x 8.27 inches, if mounted 24cm x 28cm, 9.45 x 11.02 inches.

The Canvas Print measures 30cm x 30cm,  11.81 x 11.81 inches.

The Small Original measures 30cm x 40cm, 11.81 x 15.75 inches

The Large Original measures 40cm x 55cm, 15.75 x 21.65 inches

The Illustrated Greeting Cards measures 10.8 cm x 15.2 cm, 4.25 x 5.98 inches

How can I commission the artist to paint something for me?

Haya continues to fulfill commissions for her clientele. If you have a specific request, picture or location in mind, get in touch. Please note that there may be a 2 – 3 month waiting list.
